Errr... first CD that was not a gift was... Spice Girls (their first one o.o; ).
First one I bought with my own money would probably be.... Utada Hikaru - DEEP RIVER... but that's just a guess XD.

The first CD I ever bought (an owned) was Jessica Andrew's Who I Am. She was also my favorite artist, and had my favorite song. (Which, coincidentally, was the title song of the album. See? It's all connected! ) I still have the CD, although it's in realllllyyyyy bad condition But I bought it when I was, uhh, about 8, so I supposed it's to be expected. I love country music!
